I am a qualified and BACP accredited counsellor with over twelve years experience within the field. I offer professional support to adults on an individual and face to face basis.

I practice from premises shared with other complementary therapists in the centre of town within easy reach of car parking and public transport facilities.

I have particular experience from working within charitable organisations covering issues such as bereavement, trauma and loss. In addition to this I work with people on a short term basis dealing with stress, anxiety and lack of self confidence.

An initial consultation is available free of charge for those people who wish to discover if counselling is suitable for them?

The therapy rooms offer a tranquil and relaxing setting.
